2013 Annual Pass ProgramFee StructureWeekday (Monday thru Friday)
Deduct 5% if payment is made on or before November 15, 2012, in full for 2013. Add 5% if paying monthly. For monthly payments, a credit card must be on file and will be charged on the first of each month. Add 5% if paying quarterly. Quarterly payments will be due (January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1). Add $100 for use of a second personal cart, per household. All contracts are for a one year period. Should an annual pass be terminated, the member must wait one year before purchasing a new pass. Prices include range balls. Add $200 to the Trail Fee for residents using The Golf Club at Rio Vista carts. Residents who pay a trail fee for a personal cart and use a The Golf Club at Rio Vista cart will be charged $5.00 per round. Residents who pay a trail fee for a personal cart and ride with another resident in their personal cart that pays a trail fee will not be charged the $5.00 fee. Players using The Golf Club at Rio Vista carts must pair up with other players using The Golf Club at Rio Vista carts, i.e. only one The Golf Club at Rio Vista cart for every two payers using a The Golf Club at Rio Vista cart per group. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card. Gift certificates will be accepted for payment of annual pass programs for 2013 if payment is made on or before November 15, 2012. Annual Pass Booking PoliciesAnnual Pass holders will have access to book tee times 9 days in advance. Note: Times are blocked out for Tuesday and Wednesday Men’s Club and Tuesday and Thursday Ladies Club in advance of 9 day booking restrictions. Annual Pass holders will be allowed to book a maximum of 2 tee times per reservation per day. Annual Pass holders will have full access to book 7 out of every 8 tee times of the day, 9 days in advance. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays Weekday annual pass holders may play after 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) and after 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Daylight Savings Time). Special Friends and Family Program Annual Pass holder’s guests may play at the applicable resident’s rate. Designated Holidays The following Holidays that will affect the Annual Pass for 2013 are; New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Traditional Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and the day after Christmas, New Year’s Eve. Definition of a Couple A couple will be defined by any two people who are legally married, or recognized by the state of California as a cohabitating couple. Groups (16 Players or More) Trilogy community members, Coupon holders, Annual Pass holders wishing to book 16 players or more must reserve through our group booking program. Course Maintenance The Golf Club at Rio Vista may have days that are blocked out due to maintenance work or outside group activities. Practice Facility Access The pitching green and putting green are open to guests and Trilogy Community members from just after dawn until one hour prior to sunset most days of the year. The practice facility is open ½ hour prior to the first tee time and closed one hour prior to sunset. Private Golf Carts All privately owned golf carts will need to be approved for use on The Golf Club at Rio Vista by management, and will need to provide a certificate of insurance. All privately owned golf carts must display the appropriate decals. Only approved golf carts with designated sticker will be allowed on the golf course property during appointed round of golf. No golf carts will be allowed to use golf car paths after dusk or before dawn. Events & Outings The Annual Pass can be used to play in Men’s or Ladies’ Club events when they are on those clubs’ designated days. Outside golf events or tournaments will be subject to the applicable green fee. At times, there will be Termination of Annual Pass Package The Golf Club at Rio Vista reserves the right to suspend the privileges of any pass holder at any time at the sole discretion of the General Manager. Consistently poor behavior and violation of proper conduct may result in termination of this program. Medical Credit The Golf Club at Rio Vista does not honor Medical Condition time off to be credited to current Annual Pass holders for current or future year’s annual dues. Questions or Disputes Any comments, concerns or disputes should be addressed directly to the General Manager. Changes to Terms & Conditions The Golf Club at Rio Vista recognizes that the list of Terms & Conditions above is by no means exhaustive, and is not intended as such. Furthermore, changes to the Terms & Conditions may be made from time to time to ensure appropriate operation of the club. All changes, additions, or omissions from the Terms & Conditions will be made at the sole discretion of the General Manager of the club, and will be communicated in a timely basis as appropriate.
